GENERAL CONDITIONS
All Tours are operated by Juku and they are subject to change in the itinerary, hours and price.
Our itinerary may be altered because of weather problems, train, transportation, or flights delay, local events, illnesses or other circumstances.
It's very important to mention all your medical problems before confirming the trip. Juku and its staff are not responsible for additional expenses occurred due accidents, disease, injury or loss of luggage, as well as natural hazard and disasters, health alerts, transport cancellation due to protests or local events which are beyond our control.
 
INSURANCE
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance covering accidents, emergency, reparations, illness or other incidentals that could alter your trip and be ready to face unfortunate circumstances.
 
BOOKING
To confirm a reservation we require a deposit of 50% of the total value of service and
the other 50% will be cancelled in our offices in Cusco or when we meet you at your hotel
All confirmations and requirements are made via e-mail, including passport information, dates, itinerary and any other additional information.
 
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
There is no refund if you do not come the day when the trip begins or you abandon the tour or group.
Cancellation after any booking means the retention of full deposit, this may include, hotel, train tickets, bus tickets, entrance fees, especially Inca trail.
Our office must confirm any cancellation via e-mail
The following refers to the refund portion of the deposit for early cancellation
-60 Days prior the trip= 80% refund
-45 Days prior the trip = 60% refund
-30 Days prior the trip = 40% refund
-20 Days prior the trip = 20% refund
-10 Days prior the trip = NOT refund
